Shipping information

We can ship to the following countries: mainland France with 20 % VAT.

*We cannot ship to the following French islands: Corsica, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, the French Southern and Antarctic Territories, and the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
 

We charge a flat rate of 9.99 EUR to ship orders with a value less than € 50 within the French mainland*. This also applies in exceptional cases where your order has to be shipped in several packages. There are no additional costs or fees for shipping other than those indicated there.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days for standard delivery and 8 to 10 working days for delivery by carrier, starting from the conclusion of the contract. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the items in a single delivery, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that deliveries to mountainous areas may take longer.

If after 10 working days the package has not been delivered to your home and has not been left with neighbours, please send an email to [email protected]. We will contact the carrier and try to clarify the whereabouts of your package.

If some items are unavailable at short notice or there is a delay to the promised delivery time, we will inform you via email. In the event of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already received without delay.

The shipment of your order will be handled exclusively by our logistics partners DPD and Scherbauer. We usually use DPD. For orders over 30 kg or particularly bulky goods, delivery will be carried out by the logistics company Scherbauer. (In such cases, please also include your telephone number. You can use the input field on the order overview page for this.)

Once we have handed the item(s) over to the parcel delivery company, you will receive your tracking number to you by e-mail. You will receive a separate email from the carrier company. You can easily look up the delivery status and find out where the shipment currently is.
 

If you do not have a shipping address within the delivery area in Germany, you can also order your Einhell products online and collect them from our factory in Landau an der Isar. You will pay for the products when you pick them up.

Here’s how it works:

1. Search for your desired items and add them to your shopping cart. Then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
2. After entering your personal details, select the shipping method "Collect from factory outlet" then follow the subsequent instructions.
3. Finally, click on the "Order with obligation to pay" button. As soon as you have completed your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
4. Your order will usually be ready for collection from the Einhell factory outlet in Landau an der Isar within 2 working days. We will send you a separate pick-up notification by email. You will then have 7 days to collect your order.
5. When you come to pick up your order, you will need to bring your order confirmation or pick-up confirmation in either printed or electronic form, along with your ID card, passport, or driver's license.
6. Our Einhell Logistics collection centre does not accept any payments on site. All orders must be paid for on our website using the available payment options.
