Einhell France covers the return shipping costs for all orders placed from mainland France (excluding islands and Corsica). These return shipping costs are covered in the form of a return label provided by our service team once your return request has been approved.

Please note:

We only accept unused products in their original packaging and with all their accessories.
Please do not send us products ordered through one of our retailers, as we cannot accept these shipments.

Returning items delivered by a logistics company

If your order was delivered by a courier, your parcel will not contain a returns label. As returning an item delivered by a courier requires you to arrange a return, please follow the withdrawal procedure and inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement by email to [email protected]. Please include your order number and the items concerned in your email.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity).

Revocation Policy

Right of withdrawal for sales contracts

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without stating reasons. The period for making the withdrawal shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the transporter have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us (Einhell France SAS, 22 Avenue des Nations Immeuble Le Rabelais, BP 59018, 95945 ROISSY CDG Cedex, Tel: +33 (0) 148170406, E-Mail: [email protected]) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, an email or the withdrawal form). For that purpose, you may use the sample withdrawal form attached, that is, however, not a requirement. You can also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website (www.einhell.fr). If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g. by email) confirm receipt of such a withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract based on Article 18, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. They shall inspect the product as they would in a shop. Please note that we are legally entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any depreciation in the value of the goods if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods that would not be permitted in a shop (for example, using the goods before returning them to us). We will make the refund using the payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have submitted evidence that you have returned the goods, whatever occurs first.

You shall immediately return or hand over the goods to us, however within fourteen days from the day on which you notified us about the withdrawal from the contract. That period shall be deemed to be fulfilled, if you send the goods before the expiry of a period of fourteen days.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods, if such loss in value was caused by any use of the goods by you which was unnecessary for checking the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
